By accessing or using any website, mobile application, or service operated by Calmery ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Fyro and Calvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Calmery provides AI-powered health and wellness applications and related services. Our products include mobile applications for fitness coaching, nutrition tracking, and other wellness tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and within our applications are owned by Calmery or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the proper functioning of the services, using the services for any unlawful purpose, or reverse-engineering any aspect of the services.
6. Health Disclaimer
Our products provide general fitness and nutrition information powered by AI technology. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calmery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
8. Subscription and Payments
Some of our services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
